I had placed an order with Bagit Today belonging to the famous India Today group(order # being 900185280)on 14th May 2012.The payment of the same of Rs21499/- was deducted online immediately. It has been over one and a half month but neither has the goods been delivered nor the amount has been refunded to me. I have submitted proo fs of the amount having been debited from my account and have written numerous mails to the company but off late they have even stopped replying to my mails.I request your goodself to please intervene and get my money refunded.
