FRAUD BY AIRTEL AGENT

Location/place: KOLKATA

Name of company/service: AIRTEL 3G INTERNET

I was approached by ASKIT INFOSYSTEM PVT. LTD. for taking a 3g internet connection which I took on April,13 ( No. 9007768221 ). As had been directed by the agent I issued a cheque ( No. 534248 of AXIS BANK ) in the name of ASKIT INFOSYSTEM amounting to Rs. 650 as an advance rental payment for the first month. However the same not been reflected in the bill sent by AIRTEL. I think the agent is a fraud one and AIRTEL is very well aware of it , but still not taking any action against them.

    Sorry replying you late. My alternate mobile number is 9831679497. Since there was a confusion over the bill amount I did not make the payment in time and as a result the same got overdue on 18th of May, 13. Airtel as a result barred by internet connection ( number 9007768221 ) without giving any prior intimation to me. I made the entire payment on 30th May, 13 and I want the connection to be discontinued and called 121 a number of times without any result. At last they had taken my request on 4th June,13 but the connection is still not discontinued.
