Few days back I ordered xpert white sports shoes of Rs. 599 (Order Reference No. 5382619) from 100bestbuy.com. the product I got is different from which I ordered Brand is not same and packaging of the parcel wasn’t good. I was also not satisfy with the quality of the product. I dint even get the invoice of the product.
I have already mail the pics of the product to them and it was totally different from the original one and I am not at all satisfied with the quality. I have sent back that product to them and it has already been delivered. I sent it through Speed post ER481631875IN.
i have written around 10 mails regarding refund but till now dint even get a single reply.
