Fraud billing by Vodafone

Hi, Vodafone is cheating its customers big time. From last two months, it is consistently charging 35/- per download on a corporate plan for file name a2z_gaobajao or ari_bomodel_w_35_r. On reaching helpdesk last month, I did not get any satisfactory answer for these charges levied. Vodafone is a fraud and should provide an explanation for this, as what this file is and how it get downloaded everytime without even customers’ notice.
