Fraud billing and torcher from MTS

I was met MTS agent in front of my office and told me good offer also assured me good service. Then I took broadband connection but since that day I was frustrated with speed and service. If I call to customer care they do not receive the call for more than 10 mins.

Customer care people are simply telling that their technical person contact and resolve the issue but nobody did anything. I made 3 times complaints and I informed them to disconnect but they did not consider my request and still sending bills to me.

I faced lot of mental disturbance and frustration because of MTS service. I got wasted lot of time and money also.

Please suggest me what can I do.
