Dear sir,
I had taken tikona broadband connection for internet services on 15 july 2012, The company name that plan as advance post paid plan. I paid Rs. 2400 for 6 months including the installation charges.
Now they generated the bill without any intimation to me on 15 december 2012. As I checked the email on 18th December for the bill so I reply for closing the internet services on 19th December 2012. They then not responded for my mail I also received the phone call for doing the payment I repeatedly asked for closing the internet services.
I again get the call from customercare that your internet services has been withdrawn since you had not made the payment for next 6 months.
I again get the mail for the payment and I call the customer care then they said that your internet is active and uses till date is 2.8 Gb which I had not used I do not know how they do this data generation.
I had taken another service provider service on 21 january then how can I use their internet.
Now they sent the legal notice for payment for which I have not used their services.
Case1 they have not given service for 6 month.
Case2 they had not closed internet service on time.
Case3 they given false information that my internet connection was closed.
Case 4 they sent the legal notice for payment of services for which I have not used.
Please advice what to do for such a kind of fraud company.
