Nawabhat education society was engaged in conducting BEd course through out of state BEd colleges.
After taking admission by paying Rs 50,000 in this institution we came to know it was a fraud.
Some of the students approached the court for refund but after giving a small refund to some selective students , Mr Abhijit Saha Mob 08001053712, the owner of the institutions is absconding. His lawyer Mr Komal Dutta 9434333907 is shading his client. Mr Abjijit Saha has given us the no of the above said lawyer. But the lawyer is not responding and he says he can’t help.
Kindly suggest what should we do against both the culprits.
