Fraud by Basethings .com

Basethings .com is running a big fraud.
They are cheating customers by sending non working/duplicate products.
I had made Order#79689.
They had delivered the product after various email.
When I tried to use it failed to work thus proving out non-working.
After that I had asked them to make a replacement on 26/4/16 they said we will repick up in 2-3 days and now its been 6/5/16 and now neither they are receiving calls nor replying over email.
They are a big fraud. . ……
