Fraud at Costa Coffee

Location/place: Mumbai / Khar West

We Have been to Costa Coffee 6 Months ago, at Khar West , Mumbai where we ordered many eatables and payment for all the eatables were paid.

Then immediately i cancelled some eatables from the ordered list, executive present at the counter along with the manager told that we cannot return the money back to you, but you can reimburse the amount only at outlet located at Khar West Mumbai, so he gave us in writing on back side of costa coffee bill that amount can be reimburse

But when i went today to reimbuse the same, they told that the person who has given in writing has left the store, so we can’t reimburse.
