I have bought a handset htc wildfire last year, with in the same year the handset has been repaired 4 times for the same thing, last time i talked to the customer service htc, they told me that they will replece the handset this time so i have deposited my handset at an htc servie centre as advised however its been more than 20 days now that i have not got a new handset, they are nt doint anything on this, they are not even giving me my old one back, I thingl this is a scam that htc is doint, i have been tod 3 times by the company that you will get your handset tomorrow and the next day when im calls in then again they say, we do not have any updates, please help me
