Fraud and non activated mobile sim no after 7 days

Name of company/service: Idea DSA – AXIS Tele Services

Hi i buy one connection in postpaid from yuor dsa after recieveving sms from him ( AXIS )on 19 july
i submit documenst and 250 against activation of no: 8510851062,
but still it is not activated and no phone answre from dsa of your dsa detail as follow:
AXIS Teleservices, 250, Pocket 2, Paschimpuri, opp:murliwala sweets, club road, punjabi bagh, delhi 63, tel: 8750006888
and my recipt no: 798 name : sunil sharma, coneection number -8510851062, dated 19 july 2012,

my contact no: 9560674842, sim series no: 89910483031203861104 provided by IDEA dsa ,
please take immidiate action on this issue Thanks

    dear sir,

    your cpv is negative so without customer cpv positive we can not activate your number

    i gave an amout of 2500 to their agent manish he came at my premises to give the sim card … He gave me a word dat he will activate within 6 days he came to my premises on 1-8-13 still d sim card is not activated i called him he told me dat he already have punched the number 9990055555 another day when i called him he told me dat he is suffering from cancer n going to hometown bihar i dont want the amount i just want my 2 photographs back …. Its a request to idea managing director dat please take some action on these frawed roadside sim sellers
