Dear sir,
This is to inform you that I had taken the domestic and international packages of Order ID is: 1014914339. for an amount of Rs 7000 on 4th feb’2012 and Your Order ID is: 1014917657.
for an amount of Rs 5998.0 and also demand draft of 750/- and 450/- respectively. We had sent the courier which was returned due to change of address for which we were not informed.Again we sent the mail on new address which they rejected giving excuse that we have sent the wrong dates .again we sent a mail to inform them First they sent the mail of conformation again of rejection.they told to send the filled booking form online which we did last month but they have not responded nor given the services.we have got all the related documents.Kindly take the necessary and strict action regarding the same.
