I ordered a Tablet which was priced of Rs 7990 with configuration of 1 GB Ram and 4 GB of Internal memory but the configuration and model received is different which is 512 MB RAM and 2 GB of Internal memory and model is also different. From outside box it is highlighting same configuration which I ordered but low configuration when checked manually. Now I logged a case with Homeshop18 and they confirmed that i will get call between 48 hours of case logging but got nothing so i called back to confirm the status for which they replied that need to log a case on separate number and then some one will visit to collect the device and after that within 10 days they will send the check refund. I am following with them but not getting any response. Two times a person was scheduled for picking up device but no one visited for the same. Now I am felling secure by trusting on the HOME SHOP18. Requesting you to please help me in getting my money back from HOME SHOP18 which is stucked by sending fraud product.
