<p><b>Location/place</b>: Guwahati, Assam, India</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Mginger.com</p>Sirs, I bought an apple Iphone 3G 16GB from the online shopping store mginger.com ORDER NO-45583 on date 1-6-2011 with an offer of payment on delivery.After recieving the order i used it for three months and then i realised that it was an expired product and i had to install the new version of the software. On doing so my phone did not work and i called them and reported the problem as it had an warranty of 1 year. They suggested me to send them the mobile and on account they would refund my money. They sent me a cheque of the amount Rs.16449 but my name there was misspelled so i sent it back through DTDC courier. But they didnot reply me after then. When i called they used to come up with the excuse that they are facing technical problem and would look upon the matter. But now its being two years they are ignoring me and my complaints. Now they are saying that they haven’t recieved the cheque till date. But thats not possible because i sent it very correctly addressing them and i have all the necessary evidence(THE PURCHASE RECIEPT, THE AFL COURIER SERVICE RECIEPT THROUGH WHICH I SENT THE MOBILE AND THE DTDC COURIER SERVICE RECIEPT OF SENDING THE CHEQUE). I would be very glad if u take my complaint under consideration and help me..
