I contacted the above agency for a housemaid for my elderly mother who is 90 years old. I was asked to pay a deposit of Rs. 7080 which would be refunded if I was not satisfied with the maid they provided. The very first maid they sent for interview stole my mothers cellphone. When I informed them about this, they came up with a cock and bull story that the maid had a similar cell phone and she had picked up my mothers phone by mistake. This is a blatant lie because she immediately switched the phone off so that we could not contact her. After this experience I did not want to deal with such a dubious agency and asked them to refund my money. They are refusing to do this saying that the fault is mine. How can they cheat a 90year old lady of Rs. 7080? Can they say they have provided any service just by sending a maid for intervview – that too a thief. We have not even employed the person for one minute. Please help me in this matter and also debar them from cheating other people. They have done similar cheating with many customers which you can see on their website.
