Amaron Battery bought in bhubaneswar in 7th June 2012 and stopped working within 7 days and then we made a complain at the dealer then the dealer misbehaved saying that there was problem with your car not with the battery. Then we approached to the customer service for all india and then gave a number of some guy who doesn’t work for amaron since 1 year. Then we contacted the bhubaneswar cutomer 06742570757 service guys then they gave a stand by battery saying that they are taking the original battery and recharge it and give it to us within few days. AND THEN STARTED THE FRAUD thing of amaron, after 8 days the guys brought back the new battery and told us the new battery lost the battery charge because of some reason they even don’t know and then said now the battery is perfectly ok. So we thought might these human beings are not wrong, but we were proved wrong within 3 days after that. The new battery stopped working again, so again we called the customer care number 8004254848 and complained that the guys in bhubaneswar are not doing there work so please give the manager on line so that we can complain, but those guys put the call on hold for 30 mins long and not for once but for many times and finally a guys number who was head of customer service of orissa, but the same guy was insane. I just want to ask what is customer service mean, at least you guys should listen to the content of the customer, but these guys were so ill-mannered and ill-trained, i would rather say amaron should be kicked out of india. I have a genuine reason for the anger as after this the battery customer service guys sent some guys who checked the new battery and said there is some problem with the car again, when a renowned garage of bhubaneswar said that there is no issue with the car only the battery was faulty. But the guys think themselves as brilliants in this field.
