Fraud Aircel

I had recently bought a Aircel 3 G sim & I paid Rs. 500 to get 6 gb data usage for 3 months. But after recharging my balance remained for an hour & then automatically became zero without any use. And moreover the customer care of aircel is also not responding. So, I would request to take some necessary actions as soon as possible. I would be grateful to your forum for this.
