Fraud against job and chque bounce

sai enterprises ghaziabad has taken money of RS 30,000 INR , for Conducting Interview or for joining in MNC but he failed and not able to join me any of the industry or failed to provide me the JOB oppurtunity , SAI enterprise is A consulting Firm AND he has Taken rs 30000 INR + 500 inR Registration fee .
when he failed to provide me the job oppurtunty OWNER of sai enterprises has refunded my 30000 rs VIA cheque BUT CHeque got bounced two times ,
So please Registor case file AGAinst SAI Enyterprises OF cheque BOUNCE and doing FRAUD with me
