Sir,
I am an Indian Army Soldier, a Junior Commissioned Officer and currently deployed at Jammu & Kashmir. My name is Haridasan PC, my wife Mrs. Vandana Haridasan and son is residing with their parents at Baroda. Last year, when my wife was doing a job at …………..as an office assistant. A proprietor namely Mr. Jignesh Upadhyay, Mob No. +91-9725363684, who was working with her in the same office, had taken an amount of Rs. 15,000(fifteen thousand only) from her. Neither has he returned the amount nor attending the phone calls from us now.
On February, when I was on leave, I forced this guy to meet me on this matter. Then he accidently came to meet me after leaving his new job around 5.50 PM. He promised me to return the amount after getting his salary in March first week. But he didn’t. He sends lots of SMSs as replay of our phone calls stating that I am not in the city, in Mumbai like that.
We couldn’t trace this guy because neither the people in the firm where my wife had been worked for four months is not cooperating with us nor any one knows about his where about. I can’t consider an amount of Rs. 15,000/- as a bad debt.
We have his SMSs as a proof and we can request and manage the phone conservations we did this said guy from Airtel office as evidence.
So in view of the facts mentioned above, will you please help me get this amount back from this guy, Mr. Jignesh Upadhyay (http://www.facebook.com/jignesh.upadhyay.75) at the earliest please.
