I have been facing a problem with previous ABN Account credit card. 000xxxxxxxxxxxx6260. I use to have this card way back in 2005. For some reason I was going through some financial crunch I was not able to pay. However about 5 years back a few agents came to my house and i paid them some amount. They said this is the last payment I am making, however that time i was not aware of a settlement letter, so i did not bother asking them. Now somebody called Phonix ARC calls me and troubles me. I have told thenm to get the statement but they say they cannot but just I have to pay. They have been calling my company my HR and harrasing me. How do they expect me to pay if I dont see the statement and I also have the last receipt of the payment. They are not willing to give me any statement nothing. Kindly suggest.
