I had purchased a Maharaja Whiteline Room Cooler from M/S Murthy Electronics, Shop no D-14, Mohan Singh Market, Sector-6 RK Puram New Delhi-110022 vide cash memo no 676 Dated 10/6/2012 The dealer had given a defective piece without bach jali and the tank leaking we have gone with the cooler several times but of no use he had put a tape and send it back now the water pump of the cooler is not functioning the company people had also come but they say we cannot do any thing this is a defective piece. Pls sort out this matter as we are unable to sleep after spending the amount.
