Fraud 3G plans

i recharged my idea number with Rs.10 3G for 30 min. just for testing. when connected to internet no balance where deducted but after 10 minutes they deducted my 15 rupees from account(main balance) .I called 198 costumer complaint but they told me they will transfer my call to senior executive but call disconnected after again calling on 198 the same thing happenned and my call gets disconnected when they need to solve my problem and register complaint. Not only this now when i am calling for 198 complaint it only says our representatives are busy with other users and call gets disconnected i am calling from last two days now and atleast a 100 times and again the same reply. i think now they are doing this intentionally. this is such a Fraud company with worst plans always deducting unnecessary balance by activating some service by their own or just intentionally deducting balance and not returning it.
