FRAUD

I purchased a plan of 40MBPS Unlimited for 1 year at a price of 5000rs from GTPL on 07/08/2019.But after 3 months of purchase my internet stopped working & after complain to the GTPL executive he replied me your Internet Plan Has expired and will have to renew it.I was shocked! how is that possible?I have paid full amount to GTPL guy then how it can get expired within 3 months? Later I sent the receipt to the GTPL executive after that he replied me that the guy who came to collect money from GTPL had done fraud.Again I was shocked! The Guy who came to collet money from me was working with GTPL and from last 3 years I’ve been paying him the money since then ,he also have me receipt of 40mpbs Unlimited Plan for 1 Year ,so I don’t know what to do now. It was GTPL responsibility to make sure of such fraud employees. And now GTPL is saying me to pay again for 1 Year Plan. My 5000 has gone in drain.Now I don’t have enough money to pay again 5000 for 40mbps plan for 1 year .I’ve been calling GTPL from last 3 days to solve this situation but they are saying me to pay again 5000 for 40mbps plan for 1 year.I really don’t know what to do now????Please help.
I would be very thankful if this complaint of mine is being taken seriously and some action is taken against GTPL broadband.
