This is Maninder…I want to Lodge a complaint against Kotak Mahindra Bank…they did a very big fraud to me… firstly my current account has been debited by Rs 17000 on 26/06/18 nd they replied me it has been misused nd we will follow…how can my current account be hacked? Nd when I blocked all my cards, net banking nd mobile banking then also i was afraid nd transferred my balance amount to my savings account in Kotak only then wat I found was they holded my 37000 in their bank…nd when I asked they replied me it was ur credit card payment pending since 2016…but I told them I nvr used any credit card then they told me it was used nd now v got the chance to get that money now nd when I asked for statement they told me that it was used to download some I tunes but it was not used anywhere else…but pls tell me how one can use or download I tunes of such a big amount…it’s really ridiculous….nor their customer care executives are giving me any appropriate answer or they are in fact threatening me mad using abusive languages…so pls help me….they almost robbed 54000 in a single day….please help…
