Fraud, 2999 Rs simple taken

Name of company/service: Datawind Akash tab

Datawind Amritsar co. taken 2999 Rs for Akash tab. on 8-6-12 and there is no response from them inspite of several reminder. Pl do something against this fraud co. Observed several complaints against this co.
