Fraud ..

I placed the order for powerbank from AskmeBazaar on 1st April. received it on 6th, it was in damaged condition. I asked for replacement or refund. They processed return and since then I am waiting for the replaced product or the refund of money. It’s 16th of May now. Everytime I call them they say refund is in process not been more than 1.5 months there is no progress. Neither do I have the product or the money. And their customer support guys are so rude and unprofessional that ur blood pressure will go high after talking to them. I need a new product from them now or double the price refunded. Pls help.
