Greetings for the day ! ! !

Dear Sir,

I am Ramesh Chand stating with a lot of shame and grievances that our nearest service center is doing a fraud with me since more than a month . After a six months use of my KARBONN A90 i encountered a problem with the device so i reached my nearest service center regarding the issue, they told me that the issue is very nominal and it will take a 10 day time period , since that day i’m roaming for my phone each day but there is a very piss full reaction that i’m getting each time from them.
Since then i’ve wasted a lot of money & time into this whole procedure and they left me with no clue that where exactly my mobile is. I bought the handset to ease my telecom requirements but now it seems to be a total loss for me.

It will be very kind of yours , if you could help me to resolve the issue as soon as possible because i’m feeling really fed up and i have no time left with me as my warranty period will also laps in few more months. It was a terrible experience with KARBONN handsets.
