My name is Manoj Sarin. I ordered a Tablet from Datawind with a cheque of advance payment of Rs. 2999/-. The cheque details are as follows: Bank-ICICI, Cheque No. 871678 Dated 26th Feb. 2012. This cheque is credited into Datawind account on 12th March 2012. Since then I am struggling to receive my tablet. I have made a number of phone calls to the number given in their web-site. The executives there make fun of me but does not solve my problem.
The height of the situation is that on 17th September 2014 a courier person came too my house with the tablet but asked me to pay the full payment in cast. I have written e-mail also to [email protected] as well as [email protected].
But nothing happened. Kindly help me in this scenario. Either the company should refund my money with interest or provide me the tablet.
