I recieved a call from a New Delhi no. and it said that they are a globaloutsource holiday company and I have been shortlisted for an travel offer .if I bought the offer I would also get a gift. It was a two day travell packeg which could utilised in India and it was a gd deal. I purchased it and deposited money axis bank and I recieved an acknowledgment mail which said I wl get my product in 3-4 working days. 2/7/14 was the money deposited. Since then I am being toLd there is some problem wit there coutier and it will tske time. My emails and phone calls are being ignored.I had a talk to Rea Mishra and sheVery rudely says ki I wl have to wait till 20/7/14 and refuses to give anything in writing. When I said I would lodge a complain and want my money back then she asked me to give in writing fr the cancellation of my purchase and then it would take another 10-20 days.
