&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: gurudwara sri guru singh sabah,j3block rajori garden,new delhi&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Micromax </p>Sir i purchased Micromax A72 20 days before and it started hanging and switch off in between during use. When i complaint service center to exchange it and give new hand set they told me that we have a policy to exchange it within 7days of purchase .but i was not aware of it as they do not gaved me any such policy paper. Or explained me any such policy orally..so please solve my proplem.as i am from a midle class family and only i know how i was able to purchase that phone…..
