i have ordered for 3 koutons pantsin March 14 and they send the same as worst product only 1 can be use and two more pants are worst product and they are not usable.
i discussed with customer care and returned the 2 pants as instructed by customer care executive in March 14, also sent courier scan copy, after that i confirmed over phone that product delivered or not they confirmed received.
now game begins- after many phones and emails there is no proper response from there end all the times they misguided me that they dispatched my product but not dispatched one more thing there is no update on product dispatch neither by sms nor by email.
it is really bad experience…
in July i received a fraud call from 100bestbuy that i have been shortlisted for Samsung Grand-2 mobile so order something or we are sending you a Polo watch free of cost but they charging Rs.1000/- for registration purpose of the product cost.
i unable to understand what they want to do just settle old issues and then move ahead….
now a days they are not attending my calls as they mentioned contact no. 080 – 67536400
i request to 100bestbuy please stop these type of fraud.
