we had booked pilgrims tour for Dharmasala-Riwalsar(Mandi)-Chandhigarh_Delhi online through Yash Expedition Pvt Ltd.Manali @7000 Per pax for 24 pax including all expenses.According to our contact thru email we had remitted an advance of rs.25000 each(total Rs.50000)on 08.12.2011 in his two bank accounts no. of ICICI BANK KULLU BRANCH vide his i.e.Mr.Jagdish prop.of Yash Expedition Account no.07360500024/073601500988 respectively.Similarly we had again remitted Rs.1,18,000/on 26.12.2011 in his account no.07360500024.When He had booked hotel at dhamasala/riwalsar/chandigarh and a tourist bus for transportation but found not a single money had been paid by him to those hotel and fare of bus.cellphone of Mr.Jagdish found switched off when i tried to contact.At last i had to bear all expenses from my own account.i will be able to provide all details in the course of hearing or any query from your end.
sir kindly expediate the matter as early as possible.
