frade up of international fake calls

i have idea mobile living in pune. every evening i got medium long missed calls from last 10 days. today i just angrily called that number so my 20/- Rs. deduction just for 5sec calling.this would not happen to a lower class people .so please do something about this fake calls otherwise normal people will suffer. i don,t want this to be happen with normal person .”security naam ki koi chiz hoti hai ya nahi?”
