Its my fifth time with them since I bought my mobile. They give the replacement for the set, every time I got complaints but unable to fix the problem. It’s my fifth time problem in the replaced set. And every replacement took 20 days to get replaced and this way warranty period is at the verge of expiring inspite of the fact that they have not given permanent solution. Its humble request to you please help me out. I am really fed up going there regularly. Help me so that I can use my rights. You are the very last option I have tried. Waiting for your response.
