Forsing to do the extra payment & doing harrassment

I am Chaitanya Chavan student of Jaro Institute of Technology, Management & Research Pvt. Ltd.

but this institute continuously giving me false commitment & now forsing to pay extra pay to complete my course for which i done more than Rs30000/- to that institute from Rs.40000/- fees.

Kindly need your help to solve this issue & wants to complete my MBA course ASAP but institute forcefully entering new rules & conditions on me.
