i have placed an order for puma daemon white and red men shoe on 18th january 2014. instead of getting that i received reebok white and orange shoe which was worth 1299. so i returned the shoe as per the executive guidance. i was assured that my courier expenses will be credited in my account (Rs 240). my order was worth Rs1809. and now after more than 100 of calls they still haven’t updated or sent my order. and whenever i call them, they will tell me that the order will be updated and dispatched in next 3 days. but no action has been taken in almost 3 months. i hope it will be helpful posting my complaint here to either get my money or my product back. thank you
