Forcing to pay amount

Location/place: Bhayander(E)

Name of company/service: Tikona Broadband

I stay at Bhayander and have used tikona broadband for internet services.My plan had expired and they recharged it without any information or confirmation from me.
without using any new recharge balance i called them up and asked to disconnect my connection.
on which i am being told that i have to pay the amount.
This is not correct that they recharge my account with someplan and donot even ask me before ding that and later calinm that i need to pay it.
i am completely disatisfied with their service and their behaviour.
