after so much of effort and strain for relocating of the dth customer id no 3010128338 at the time of recharge when had called to customer care they had told if i recharge for 6 months ill get 5 months free and they would change my earlier plan of economy cricket to mega as i had wished..so they told me to recharge for rs 2200 but after recharging i had called the customer care the other person told that as the scheme of retention was given i would not be able to get the new plan..i dont know how they train these staff as every time you call thecustomer care you get e different story…they should listen to the telephonic conversation every time i had called which they had recorded…it is a so annoying and a time wasting process with these people
