Forcing me to pay Wrong Bill Amount

Location/place: Agra

Name of company/service: Bharti Airtel

I am the customer of Bharti Airtel my name is Mrs.Rashmi Pathak and my postpaid mobile number is 8439033644.
A few months ago I switched to Airtel to enjoy better and fast services but i regret my decision,as first of all they sended me a wrong bill with load of charges and tried to fool me by telling that you exceeded your data plan limit and as i didn’t notice to my bill plan at that time and agreed to pay but after a few days they disconnected my services and pressurized me to pay the bill,the executives call at any time during the day,disturbing peace of me and my family.
After few days of such happenings i decided to pay my bill but i was shocked to see that i was on an unlimited data plan (750mb 3g after that 80kbps throttled).
Then i waited for airtel to contact me but i realized they have never distanced me.
Today i got a call from Airtel Executive to pressurize me and as i told him that the bill was wrong and i clarified the reason for that,he started giving me foolish reasons for my bill and kept me on 8 minutes hold and talked me in a rude manner and than he realized that the bill was wrong and he simply said to pay the amount after deducting data charges.
Now,what should i do for all that mental harassment,for all the loss i have incurred from disconnection of services,and the block on my family’s peace,the rude behavior i beared and what if i had paid the wrong amount.
I would request you to please take some action on it as I have full believe on consumer forum.
