Forcibly starting the VAS Services by their own

V r really tired from this idiot service.because of all these problems v have stopped using this service.The comp.is starting services such as callertunes,cricket alerts,shayerees,jokes etc and deducting the money directly from the main a/c.even when v call cust.care the customer representative r giving such a fool answers by saying the service has been started by you and v havent started d service and lots of time a disconnect our call when v call cust.care even they r also not forwarding the call to their supervisor and keep the call on hold for an hour and finally customer have to disconnect the call by these problems our 20 relatives have stopped using this service.so plz take a serious note of that this has happened to us for 20 times.u r directly deducting the bal.by forcibly starting the services.even in gandhinagar v r facing network probs network doesnt a/v at our home v have to come outside our home.
