I being a student was in need of a few books of NCERT books for which I travelled to College Square Area. There after having searched for quite long for first-hand copies of those books, I decided to buy second-hand ones and so I visited a shop named NIRMAL BOOK CENTRE (15, College Square, Kolkata-700073). When I asked for the price, he straightaway aggressively said that I would have to pay Rs.20 above the printed Mrp or I would have to drop the idea of buying the books. He even said that this was the normal practice of theirs. He even aggressively said that since the government has subsidised the MRP of NCERT books for the benefit of the students, they proudly sell it in black.
Thus, I being a young citizen of this countey, cannot tolerate these illegal acts and thus seek help and immediate action.
