Forcible Policy without my consent

Location/place: Khanna, Distt Ludhiana, Punjab

Name of company/service: HDFC Ergo General Insurance

Dear Sir,
HDFC Ergo General Insurance company have issued me a accidental policy without my prior consent and intimation. They have deducted the premium from my account and sent policy by courier.
I want to take legal action against the bank for this incident.

Please guide me.
