Forcefully activated a Value Added Service

Name of company/service: Idea Cellular
This is Pramod G Nitey from Maharastra. I am currently using Idea service My cell no is +919604661200.On last Week GJOB Pack service activated forcefully by Idea Cellular service.& Rs 7/- was deducted ,I didn’t Activated this service, When I talked to customer care they are saying that it has been activated myself but it is not true it was activated automatically. They are not helping me to loch the complaints even. Before this, Number of times this type of value added service was activated By Idea cellular Forcefully Please help me to solve problem

even the company ppl who that u did not activated the service and they themselves did this on your phone.i am sure that everybody must have experienced such wrong deduction related issues and this practise is being done by almost all companies. in a day even if the company deduct on average rs.10 from 2%-3% of their customers , they can make huge profits. hardly 5-10% of the people would call to customer service for such an amount and shout on the and can get their money back.
BUT now there is option of mobile number portability and u can actually threaten the company that if they dont return your balance and stop deducting your hard earned money, u will switch to other company.
