Respected sir,
i am Amit Naik & facing bad, forcefully service from Airtel.
Airtel landline no : 0731-4226194
on 10th Mar-12 I had requested Airtel to Shift my landline connection to new address. Request id : 12747054
after that shifting request is continuosly auto -forwarded by Airtel on subsequent date those are 13-Mar > 19-Mar >26-Mar >02-Apr
Upto 02-Apr still they didn’t started services properly, in meantime i have requested them several time.
Finally on 17th Apr-12 ( req Id : 14483136) i requested them to Terminate my Airtel landline connnection, they assured it will be addressed in three days.
but no appropriate action taken by Airtel.
i again remind them by 09-may-12 req Id : 15522202, it is repeated on 12-May-12 Req Id : 15638282
After these several frustrating attempt, now, Airtel people Calling me & asking same question “sir, why you want to disconnect our connection”
i am consistently replying them it no more required to me and explained whole case ( as stated above) more than 5 times to Airtel person.
still there is no proper feedback & termination acknowledgment from Airtel. Above all these poor services Airtel is expecting from me to pay the bill.
please note that before this bad experience i have Paid all Bills of Airtel regularly with in time.
For me which is belong to a simple Middle class already facing other economical changes, It is completely Mental harassment done by Airtel.
i have all information & request ID which are generated during each request to Airtel.
I hope my issue will be addressed & considered to close it from Airtel.
