Forced deduction of rental after disconnection

Location/place: 151,HIG Niladri Vihar, Bhubaneswar-21

Name of company/service: Ortel

I had an Ortel cable connection at Bhubaneswar for my TV. I switched over to Dish TV from June onwards and informed the company about disconnection.They did not turn up to take the set top box. When in July I went to refund it, they chrged rental for 2 months when there was no connection at all. This is sheer cheating.Can you please advise how to approach consumer court and realise the money from them.
