forced activation of services

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: Vodafone pre-paid mobile

I have noticed that cricket alert service has been activated on my mobile pre-paid connection without having made any such request. Even the amount towards such activation has been deducted. I request that the services be immediately discontinued and the amount so deducted be credited to my account and also that no such services be activated on my connection without confirming the same over SMS or call.
