I Mangalesh kumar tiwary bought 125st bike(BR03M 6954)on loan by bajaj finance pune.First 3 three instalment of the bike i paid in advance,but second three month instalment ,i couldn’t pay on time due to lack of money.one of the representative of finance section told me to submit the bike,as i hadn’t paid the money,i submitted my bike.then they told me to submit the total amount of rest lone that was 46728/-.That time i had onely 10000/-,so i didn’t pay the money.as i had to manage the above said money ,so neither i went to them nor i consulted anyone.after 2month latter they sent me a notice that i have handed over the bike to the criminal and sent me a notice by court to arrest me.sir ,is it true to do such type of thing against me,i bought the bike,i hav the paper,the owner book,then how can i do this,its improper and fully disturbed matter.plz take proper action according by-laws of honourable court,either its in my favour or his favour.thanks .plz send proper reply in my mailor contact with me my no. is:8969159299
