For wrong deduction of balance

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: sangli, maharashtra&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: idea cellular and xinlabs</p>I have received some SMS on my mobile number 9021902681 from IZ-ideaCMS that i have charged 49 rupees for downloading some videos from XINLABS on 28 January 2013 at 11.51 pm.
But actually i didn’t even browsed that site.
I called idea customer care to launch a complaint but they replied very rudely. They said you had accessed some site so the balance is deducted but didn’t gave any more information.
I want to ask the idea care, is that the way you treat your customers?
please take some serious and immediate action on this issue and refund the amount charged.
