Dear Sir , I was applyed for prior sanctioning of loan from satara branch but later on before sanctioning I have intimate them to stop processing file as I am appying from Thane Kalyan branch because I have find property in Nalashopra which is more convinance to me. But Satara ICICI Home finance when forward & without Initimating me or Issuing sanctioned letter after one month debited processing fees amount of Rs 8721 from my SBI account & same from kalyan branch I was Issued sanctioned letter & debited my processing fees amount for which I have taken disburesement . Now after much cordination with customer care they politely convincing me ur processing fees is not refundable . Pls advice How can for one sanctioned two times processing fees is debited.
