Dear Sir
i ordered a mobile phone(sony xperia u mobile)from timtara.com on dated 19/07/2012.i made the payment,after payment i watch on screen it was black color mobile phone but i want to take white color mobile.due to this i cancel my order on same day.representative call me and ask why are you cancel your order? I say the same thing as i mention above.she cancel my order and say your money will be refund within 7 days.i call call center and send many email but they not replied even one time.
therefore i request you kindly to help me to refund my money. thank you

    Sir,
    subject- complaint against idea cellular ,UP
    Today my mobile (no.8941869181) balance was deducted by Rs 48 for internet service valid for 15 days.while i did not request for such recharge. I request for recharge of one day internet which should have cost to me Rs 5. Idea customer care provider says that he receive request for 15 days plan and charge RS 48 for it.

    He did not provide me satisfactory information and use abusive words.

    kindly take proper action against it and order to refund my Balance.
